Hillclimbing
is nearly as old as the motor car itself, the first recorded event being
in June 1899 at Petersham Hill. A 325 yard section was included into
the Automobile Club of Great Britain and Ireland's 'General Efficiency
Trials'. Any enquiries relating to the hillclimb should be made to Colin Rolls on 01258 880778 |
